If you caught Creep, you'll know it was a pretty decent horror flick. Or you might have hated it, I guess, but I'll presuppose you have some taste and you thought it was ok at least. Well, it was Christopher Smith's debut, and pretty good for a first film. And it did well enough that he's got another film on the go.

Severance follows a group of Europeans on a trip to some mountains in Eastern Europe, their reward for doing well from their employer, the arms-dealing multinational, Palisade Defence. Things go to shit, and they end up fighting amongst themselves and then against some war-crazed madmen bent on revenge! Mwahahahahahaha!

Ahem. Sorry. I hope this continues the trend of good Brit horror flicks.

Looks that way. Trailer and decapitated-head game at the official website:

Trailer, and Danny Dyer, is funny as fuck. I don't know why, but I find Dyer's accent incredibly amusing.

Pretty good flick, this. I find Dyer's accent incredibly amusing ("Turn aahraaahnd."), there were a couple of references to Dr. Strangelove, some nice gore, some bloody good laughs and overall, it was a lot better than Evil Aliens or Wilderness, but not as good as Slither.

In a similar sort of vein, though. hur hur.
