Jack Straw - Jack Shit | February 3, 2006 at 03:17 PM

Jack Straw has just announced that he is pleased with the British press deciding not to publish the cartoons that have caused the Dutch to shit themselves due to publication in some of their papers. It seems to me if this government bends over any further to placate the Muslims they'll break their fucking spines, what little they have anyway.

For years we have had to endure images of European and American flags being burned by Muslim groups. Is it only Muslims who can be offended?

I'm offended by the contrite attitude that the west takes to this situation - what with this bill and that bill to tape over the mouth of free speach we now find that even the newspapers are towing the line. I guess not because they believe that the images are offensive but more to do with the fact that they don't want a drug crazed fanatic with a bomb wedged up his arse delivering a pizza.

Yeah too right I'm fucking angry!!!!

FullAuto: Putting fear into the hearts of evildoers, as per usual.

Down the bingo again then?

Plethora? Oxymoron?
Where's my sodding dictionary? I'm sure they're talking dirty.

Funko-metal Carpet Burns | February 2, 2006 at 10:25 PM

Lady_Castlemaine: I've got this album and think it's great!! Good funky music that's great to play loud just before you go out! The production does leave a little to be desired but maybe they were after a naive sound (or perfhaps their sound techy hadn' t got a clue!) Shame they split really ... The Chilli Peppers are pretty good too but not quite in the same vein a bit zany but excellento!

Have you heard any of the other albums? I listened to 1 min sections on the Net but I didn't rate what I heard.

Like I said in the article Lips N hips is good but some of the other tracks are mediocre.

Oh no it isn't!

Not Beign Listened To? | February 2, 2006 at 12:53 PM

FullAuto: Sounds like a lot of work.

Yeah but it's worth it. Great at dinner parties.

Not Beign Listened To? | February 2, 2006 at 09:41 AM

Physical violence - I'm not sure. I wonder, have you considered you may be wrong and they are just being nice in not taking any notice?

If you are right on the other hand, and I'm sure you are - then I find slitting their stomachs open, pulling out their intestines and nailing them to a post, then set fire to their feet so they run around unwinding their internals works for me.

I guess it's better than slipping on someone elses.

Battle For Paradise | January 30, 2006 at 09:15 AM

Thanks Slaughter, I've been wondering what I could use to keep the pigeons off my guttering and that image of you seems to do the job!

Sorry

Looks like you had a good time - don't get too morose but it's all down hill after 25.

Falling Bush | January 21, 2006 at 12:44 PM

I just wet myself - that is the best game out this year!!

Is It Me Or Are Games Getting Worse Every Year? | January 21, 2006 at 12:38 PM

It could be a bit of both - I have stopped buying new games and have been looking at some of the old ones. I think our expectations get higher as the technology expands, I remember back in the middle ages when games came on 51/4" floppy or some such strange format, they were fantastic as everything previous to that was like the old ping-pong that was played on your tv.

I also think that the game designers imagination doesn't match the potential of the technology.

Oh Pete, Where Art Thou? | January 19, 2006 at 09:20 PM

Pete:
Might be out of touch for tonight at the leasrt as my PC is riddled with Spyware that I can't remove, hence I'm doing a reformat and reinstallation of EVERYTHING

Jesus! is there no other way to get rid of that shyte?

I suppose it's a good excuse to upgrade.

Good luck.

What We Need Is A ......... | January 18, 2006 at 06:58 PM

Ivory: ok, ok,ok let me get this straight - to impress you she pissed in front of you? - you need to relocate! lol

Yeah, maybe to Newport!!

Ones To Avoid | January 18, 2006 at 01:19 PM

Pete: Well at least it's true to life in that respect

Not unless innocent by-standers/allies were killed in large numbers.

What We Need Is A ......... | January 18, 2006 at 01:16 PM

Accounting Troll:

For some reason, I don't find myself attracted to women who behave like this, as weird as it sounds. This means that they accuse me of being homosexual, an offence that still carries the death penalty in the festering swamp that is Newport

Did I read somewhere that Newport wanted to be twinned with some other town to raise their profile but the only reply they got was from Mordor?

Total War Series | January 16, 2006 at 10:47 AM

I may try that, it's an constant problem - games are issued but nearly everyone needs utilities or some tweeks to make it work. Trouble is unless you know what to do with it they get uninstalled and scrapped. (like many of mine)

Oh, and nice to see you on the forums AT.
