They both look fucking fantastic. Operating on someone's testicles while screaming "I object!" is a lifelong dream of mine, and I may have to buy another DS to realise it. But one day, my friends, oh yes.
In PW:AA you obviously play the aerodynamic attorney himself, seducing female witnesses, cross-examining motherfuckers trying to ruin your legal shit when they take the stand and having high-powered lunches with judges. Or so I assume, anyway. Planting evidence will be a minigame, I hope.
Trauma Centre looks to me like the exact type of game which proves that I should be a gamer as my profession, rather than a doctor, for isntance. You use the stylus to operate on folk, and clamp, suture, drain, inject and generally do things to bits of people that were never meant to see daylight.
It doesn't get any better, quite frankly.
"Your honour, I need 20ccs of cocaine, stat!"
