Hilarious, nonsensical, it not only looks like a kickarse game but would make a superb Hollywood film. I think if I had ever thought of the President of the USA as driving a robot, screaming "HOW DO YOU LIKE ME NOW!?!?" as he throws a tank off a bridge, this would be how I would have envisioned it.

I'd like to believe it's satire, but I can't.

Does anyone else think it's odd that a fictional, computer-game robot President has more of a personality than the real one?

Well, he is walking around in a giant robot, for starters. Major plus points there.

I find the fact that he is battling the Vice President hilarious. Bush battering fuck out of Cheney would be funnier, but not as action packed, I wager.
